The day brought out the best in Broadstreet, who extended their 100 percent league record with a devilishly efficient victory at Stratford. The omens were bleak from the start as The Street were quickly into their stride, and prolific winger Dan Phillips ran in his second hatrick of the season in a ten try haul for the visitors. Dean Watts, playing out of position at scrum half, collected a brace along with Alex McDonald, who also converted two, and Adi Nightingale, Adam Freemantle and Perry Pudge added the others. Pudge also kicked two conversions and two penalties, Steve Hughes a conversion.
