Kenilworth Rugby Club have recently appointed Headcoach Jason Button former Leicester Lions player and level 3 RFU coach. Kenilworth Rugby Club also appointed Andy Ellis an accredited UKSCA coach putting into place a conditioning programme for all players, these are joined by Forwards Coach John Munro . Fullback Mike Rust was Kenilworth's leading try scorer last season with 14 tries last season with Flyhalf Russell Clarke taking on their kicking duties sliding over 22 conversions and 16 penalties. Kenilworth kept their discipline well with 18 yellow cards over the season.

Kenilworth have been recruiting heavily over the close season with new recruits

Joss Andrews, Chris Murphy and Mark Warrilow all from Rugby Lions, Adam Canning who joins from Old Leamingtonians, Jed Boyle, from Banbury, Rhys Llewellyn from Berkswell and Balsall, Tom Kendall re-joins from Earlsdon RFC. Also joining is ex Broadstreet and Rugby Lions scrumhalf Toby Handley.
