Coaching Team
Former Senior Club Coach Bob Harcourt is the Director Of Rugby for the Street , Bob started coaching Broadstreet seniors during the 1987-88 season; a year after leagues were introduced, at which time the Club was placed in Warwickshire League One.
Bob coached the Club for 15 seasons taking them up 6 leagues to National League Three (now Two) in 2002/2003.
The Club reached the Warwickshire Cup final for the first time in 1992, losing narrowly to a strong Leamington side. Thereafter, Bob coached the 1st XV to a total of 8 Cup final wins
(5 in a row) and the 2nd XV to 5 Warwickshire 2nd Team Cup wins. The Club also enjoyed a host of Sevens titles during his tenure.
He has also coached:
Warwickshire Under 21s for 18 seasons;
Warwickshire Seniors (Forwards) 3 seasons;
Warwick University and Coventry University 3 seasons;
Old Coventrians RFC 2 seasons;
Newbold RFC 2 seasons and; is in his 10th year as a member of King Henry VIII School coaching team, along side his one-time Broadstreet assistant, Andy Parker.
Head Coach Richard 'Cow Pie' SiviterLocal rugby schools Coundon Court and The Woodlands are well represented with the senior players coaching under the guidance of Rich Siviter ex Warwickshire, Bristol, Coventry, Rugby Lions and Broadstreet Loosehead Prop and Marc Thomas ex Warwickshire, Coventry, Nuneaton and Marconi full back.
Siviter, played at Coventry until surgery on his shoulder inhibited his career there moved on to and had to cease playing rugby following a back injury brings a wealth of knowledge from his coaching experience as Warwickshire Rugby Development Officer and RFU Community Rugby Coach.
