Video And Photographic Policy

Broadstreet R.F.C. recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people in Rugby Union. As part of our commitment to ensure the safety of young people, we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken or used without the consent of the parents or carers, and young person. Broadstreet R.F.C. will always follow the RFU guidance for the use of images of young people.
Broadstreet R.F.C. will take all steps necessary to ensure images are used solely for the purposes they are intended, which is the promotion and celebration of activities of Broadstreet R.F.C. Mini & Junior Section.
If you are made aware or suspect that these images are being used inappropriately, you should inform Jonathan Waters, Child Welfare Officer, by telephoning 07906 698551, or Judy Waters, Mini Junior Chairperson, telephoning 07952 768467.
From time to time images may be published on the Broadstreet R.F.C. website. Should a parent or carer, or young person, wish the image to be removed, please inform the Child Welfare Officer.
