The Season Starts Here.

Pre-Season Training starts Tuesday June 30th 2015.

If you are new to training at Broadstreet RFC players generally arrive at the club from 06:00pm onwards, this allows anyone requiring treatment to complete in time and get out onto the pitch for the main session. Ask around for  Paul Hurst or Nick Thatcher who will point you in the right direction.

M aintaining ideal hydration and nutrition levels requires attention before, during and after exercise !

Its a massive season for Broadstreet RFC hoping to build on the success of 2014 - 2015 and maintain their National League 2 North (RFU Level 4) Status which requires the commitment from players and coaches to make themselves available throughout the season. It only gets easier from here if you make that commitment to yourself now. Let's give Hursty and Thatch the tough decisions on selection, get yourself up to the club and make a name for yourself and create that impact.

The weather's improved, in fact we have a heatwave forecast, make sure that throughout the day you are keeping hydrated, it's better for the body to have the fluid onboard before you begin exercise.

Training starts at the club on the Tuesday 30th of June at 7pm, on the pitch for 6:55pm.

Pre-season training is then every Tuesday & Thursday Evening from 06:55pm

All players New and Old are welcome here at Broadstreet RFC.
