Broadstreet RFC

Under the guidance of new head coach Tom Hoines, the Broadstreet squad has taken well to the fresh new approach to pre-season training regularly attracting 25 players plus.  As part of the effort to create a more effective playing environment, club stalwart Nigel Bonas has been appointed as Team Manager, while experienced 2^nd row Eddie Simkiss continues as forwards coach.

Street welcomed back the majority of last season’s pack, retaining key players such as Simon Morris and the influential Ben Dawes, however the Coventry bound Nigel Mukarati has been replaced with hard hitting Nuneaton back row Damien Taylor. Other new faces include Nick Pratt (Banbury), Dave Irvine and Ciaran Price (Both Rugby)

In a new look backline that will be missing a the familiar face of Danny Richards at fly half, supporters can look forward to a free flowing game plan featuring some familiar faces in Jordan Simpson, Nick Thatcher, Adam Watts and Andrew Skene.

To check out the current squad in action Broadstreet will be taking on Leamington away  in a trial match on Thursday 26^th KO 7:30, or Saturday 28^th when a Broadstreet squad will take on Bedworth away KO 3:00.
