Training, at your speed

As a sports facility we are used to exacting training requirements, our coaches insist on it. We are keen to understand your requirements, tell us what you need and we will make it happen, maybe you are training the trainer, looking to hold an open air session, or looking to treat the team to breakfast prior to some facts and figures we are happy to help. We won’t tell you when to eat or drink, we leave that to you, just let us know beforehand your plans, allowing you to break at your own pace.
