It is with great sadness and deep regret that we have to report the loss of Rob Walton.  

We have no other information at this moment, but our thoughts and prayers are with Rob's family.  

A shocking loss considering his age and young family, 'Horse' was only with Broadstreet for a season playing 1st XV, but his contribution was valued, as he often took the time to engage with members who were not involved with the 1st XV.  He was an important member of the team socially and competitively.  He truly understood what it was to be part of a community club writes Luke Truslove.  

In recent times, has been Player-Coach at the re-incarnated Rugby Lions RFC.  He will be deeply missed in the rugby community.  

May he rest in peace.
