Bromsgrove RFC are appealing against the decision to level transfer following the glut of teams at level 5 from the North. The northern sides have 16 representatives at level 5 with the Midlands having 13. This has resulted in Bromsgrove being requested to transfer to National league 3 South West.

This will add a delay onto the availability of fixtures for Level 5 fixtures for next season until the decisions are finalised.
